Gaurav is founding partner of S G P R & CO and an experienced Advisory Services professional. His 12 years of experience encompasses a wide array of business and risk advisory activities and has worked with a number of consulting giants in the past. He brings a unique blend of experience in management consulting, process improvement, and risk advisory.
Gaurav has experience leading several large and complex projects across sectors in designing operational strategies, Enterprise Asset Management, business plan reviews, process improvements, creating digital business processes, revenue assurance, organization restructuring, strategic cost reduction, enterprise risk management, internal audits, and contracts management. His career includes engagements in India, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, and the Middle East with extensive experience in the automotive industry.
Having the ability to lead by example is Gaurav's greatest strength, and he enjoys brainstorming sessions and tackling new challenges. It is no secret that he loves tech and always declares his love for new gadgets.

Shree is founding partner of S G P R & CO and an experienced Advisory Services professional. Shree brings an integrated service delivery approach leveraging analytics, automation, risk, and operations to solve the most critical challenges faced by clients which help them strategize processes that accelerate growth, further aiding them to connect the dots between their vision, operating processes, and technology to bring change and transformation while adhering business controls.
Shree has been involved in delivering his expertise in Corporate Governance and Quality Assessments whilst managing client relationships and effectively carrying out numerous business process risk consulting engagements, and internal control review. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 2 decades of professional experience in Internal Audit and Business Process Reviews, and Financial, Process & Business Risk Advisory Services.
Shree's greatest strengths include his problem-solving skills along with his never-ending knowledge of business management and the ability to effectively execute multiple business processes.
